Tottenham Hotspur are leading the race for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
Chelsea were believed to be favourites for Kounde for most of the summer, but they are now focused on other targets.

Sevilla are seeking teams that will activate Kounde's release clause, believed to be around £76m.
