Tommaso Baldanzi got his first goal for the Giallorossi tonight as Roma beat Udinese 3-0.
The Italian midfielder came on in the second half, replacing Lorenzo Pellegrini, and scored the final goal of the night on an assist by Artem Dovbyk.
After the match, Baldanzi remarked, “I’ve been dreaming of this moment since I arrived in Rome, we were in a difficult period and we needed three points today and we brought them home.”
“We are very happy and I am happy for the first goal with this shirt.”
“I always try to give my best and make my qualities available to the team to achieve our objectives. If we play like today, all united and going strong, we will do well.”
“I certainly came from another reality but I didn’t feel pressure coming here. I have always tried to come in and give my best for the team and then for myself, today this personal joy arrived and I am very happy.”
“It’s been a stressful few days but we have to move on. We have very clear objectives and we must be focused on those.”
