Three Feyenoord players missing from squad for return match against Fenerbahçe | OneFootball

Givairo Read, Gaoussou Diarra, and Bart Nieuwkoop are all unavailable against Fenerbahçe and will therefore not travel to Turkey with Feyenoord.

Gernot Trauner and Jakub Moder are also not fit enough yet and will remain in Rotterdam. There’s also some good news for Robin van Persie: Gijs Smal is back in the squad.

Read and Diarra both started Saturday’s match against NAC Breda, and Nieuwkoop came on after an hour, replacing Read.

With Nieuwkoop and Read absent, Jordan Lotomba is the only right-back Van Persie has at his disposal in Istanbul.

Diarra’s absence is less of an issue, as the 44-year-old coach also has Anis Hadj Moussa, Leo Sauer and Gonçalo Borges to choose from.
