The games set to take place in the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga this weekend have been suspended on Friday afternoon.
After every other league in Europe postponed games, the DFL have finally followed suit.

In a statement on Friday morning, they insisted games would go ahead in empty stadiums this weekend before the league would stop until April.
Now, though, they have joined every other major competition and suspended this weekend’s games just hours before the first 2.Bundesliga game of the matchday was set to kick-off.
