If you are heading to the game, here’s some useful information to know for matchday.
Selhurst Park is well connected by public transport routes in south London and is a walkable from Selhurst, Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath stations.

Train
Direct trains from London Victoria to Selhurst station, or from London Bridge to Norwood Junction, followed by a short walk to the ground, are the easiest ways to travel to the match by train.
Fans travelling from the south can change at Clapham Junction and get a direct train to Selhurst station.
Selhurst and Thornton Heath stations have step-free access to all platforms. Norwood Junction has step-free access to platform one for northbound stopping services only; there is no step-free access to platforms 2-6.
Please note that Crystal Palace station is two miles from the ground, so it is not advised to travel from here.
There are no planned disruptions on matchday. Please use the National Rail journey planner to check your route before setting off.
Bus
Frequent bus services operate from all directions to the stadium. Full details along with a journey planner can be found via the TFL website.
Bike
For fans travelling by bike, bike storage is available for free on request at the Information Centre, which is located by entrance 9 and open three hours before kick-off.
It is not recommended to travel by car
Travel by car is not recommended because parking on several residential streets surrounding Selhurst Park is permitted for permit holders only.
There is also no parking available at the stadium, and strict parking regulations in the residential area around the ground will be monitored by local parking enforcement.
There are 16 parking bays available to disabled supporters in the Sainsbury’s car park which is located next to the stadium. These are available on a first come, first served basis and can only be occupied on production of a valid blue badge.

For any matchday ticket enquiries, the box office is located at E4 on Park Road and will be open at 9am.
Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Crystal Palace by the Brentford box office. Ticket reprinting opens at 1pm.

If you’re collecting your ticket at Selhurst Park, please remember to bring ID.
Please also observe and respect the family friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in this area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.
Crystal Palace has dedicated accessibility stewards in all accessible viewing platforms that are on hand to provide assistance. You can identify them by their maroon vests.
Selhurst park has accessible toilets and changing areas. You can book access to the club’s sensory room or request a headset for audio-descriptive commentary by emailing dlo@cpfc.co.uk ahead of matchday (requests on matchday are subject to availability).
Selhurst Park’s Fanzone, found by entrance 10, opens three hours before kick-off. Families with young children are welcome on production of a valid matchday ticket. There is live music and entertainment, and competitions for young fans. Food and drinks are available, and all vendors are cashless.
The Prince George in Thornton Heath and the Selhurst Club in Selhurst are the only local pubs that will accept away supporters.
Turnstiles will open two hours before kick-off with food and drink available on the concourse. Early bird offers on pies, burgers, beer and wine are available for an hour after turnstiles open.
All bags will be searched on entry. Only small bags will be permitted into the stadium. Bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted. Bags can be left for free at the Information Centre located at entrance nine, open from three hours before kick-off until 30-minutes after full-time.
