The Premier League has only had Video Assistant Referees for two weeks and it already feels like two weeks too long.
All everyone seems to have spoken about so far has been the decisions made by VAR, with a war breaking out online between those for the new technology and those vehemently against.
But with the introduction of our robotic overlords comes, quietly, a new rule for those players in the Premier League.
And it’s hilarious.
As Conor Pope pointed out on Twitter, players can now receive a red card should they enter the VAR Room – a room which is located near Heathrow Airport, 13 miles from the nearest Premier League ground.
To be honest, we’d be more than up for a Bastille-esque storming.
