An insight into the wellbeing of Real Betis star Nabil Fekir has been forthcoming online this evening.

Midfielder Fekir, for his part, was forced to sit out this past weekend, as Betis slipped to a disappointing 2-1 defeat at the hands of Atlético Madrid.

As much came after the Frenchman suffered a broken nose in the Verdiblancos’ prior outing.

En route to a 3-1 win over Athletic Club, Fekir was the recipient of a heavy blow to the face on the part of Beñat Prados late in the first-half.

And though he managed to see out all but the final ten minutes at the Estadio Benito Villamarín, ensuing medical tests confirmed that Fekir had broken the bones in his nose.

In turn, it will come a boost to all associated with Betis to hear that, on Tuesday, the club’s talented creator was given the green light to return to training with the rest of Manuel Pellegrini’s squad.

As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, Fekir was present at the Luis del Sol Sports City, sporting a heavy-duty face mask.

The hope, in turn, is that the 30-year-old will feel comfortable enough to take to the pitch fitted with as much on Sunday, when Real Betis return to action in a La Liga meeting with Villarreal.
