Our guide to all 32 clubs participating at the FIFA Club World Cup continues.
Today we're looking at...Al Hilal.
Al Hilal secured their spot in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup by winning the 2021 AFC Champions League, earning one of the four slots allocated to Asian Football Confederation (AFC) clubs in the tournament's expanded 32-team format

The 2025 tournament marks Al Hilal's fourth appearance in the Club World Cup. Their previous best finish came in 2022 when they lost 5-3 to Real Madrid in the final.
It's been a season of disappointments so far for the Riyadh club with Al Hilal finishing second in the Pro League and going out of the Kings Cup and AFC Champions League at the semi and quarter-final stages, respectively.

Former Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi recently took the reins at Al Hilal, and will take charge of his first competitive matches at the Club World Cup. The former Italian international striker won the Serie A title with Inter in 2023/24, but lost two Champions League finals during his time in Milan, with his last match at the helm being a 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in last month's final.
In a squad boasting some serious international talent, the standout remains striker Aleksandr Mitrović. The Serbian forward has been consistently in the goals since signing for the Riyadh outfit in 2023.
Included in a group alongside Real Madrid, Pachuca and Salzburg, Al Hilal will fancy their chances of at least making the knockout rounds.
