Juventus and Lineth Beerensteyn are parting ways after two years together.

Having arrived at Juventus in the summer of 2022, the Dutch winger departs with 22 goals to her name, two of which came in the Women’s Champions League in her first season with us. That tally sees her leave as our sixth-highest goalscorer, and in her 66 appearances with the club she helped us to win the Italian Cup in 2022/23 and the Italian Super Cup this season.

Lineth scored plenty of goals that won’t be forgotten, both for their importance and their beauty. Perhaps the most impressive of the lot was her strike against Inter in the second leg of the Italian Cup semi-final.

We’ve mentioned her goals, but we need to talk about her assists as well. No Juventus played provided more assists this past season than Lineth’s six, level with Maelle Garbino.

Her burst of pace and her technique allowed her to constantly cause problems for her opponents, and she was a thorn in the side of any defender faced with marking her.
