After the agreement with Niccolò Pisilli, who signed until 2029 with a salary of 2 million net per season, the club has made official the extensions of Mattia Mannini and Alessandro Romano.

Both born in 2006, the two young players from the Primavera had their contracts set to expire in June and were at risk of leaving Trigoria.

Now, the management led by Florent Ghisolfi is aiming to secure some key elements of the first team.

The most urgent situation concerns Leandro Paredes, whose contract expires in June.

The Argentine midfielder could automatically extend until 2026 if Roma qualifies for a European competition, but the club is negotiating a renewal regardless, with Ranieri wanting to convince him to stay, rejecting the advances of Boca Juniors.

At the same time, work is also underway on Mile Svilar, whose name is highly regarded in Europe, especially in the Premier League.

According to Corriere dello Sport, negotiations for a four-year extension with an average salary of 3 million net per season are well underway, but the release clause remains to be defined: the goalkeeper would like to include it with validity for abroad, while Roma would like to set it above 40 million.

The situation is simpler for Stephan El Shaarawy, whose automatic renewal until 2026 will be triggered upon reaching a certain number of appearances and goals. The attacker, in any case, will remain in Giallorossi, a club he considers his second home.
