Ajaccio boss Olivier Pantaloni's defensive options against Angers in Round 16 will be limited after four of his rear-guard copped suspensions. Find out who's in and who's out as the Ligue 1 Uber Eats seasons resumes on Wednesday and Thursday.

The 2022-23 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season is about to resume! As the players of the twenty elite clubs are eagerly waiting their next match, a number of them already know that they will not be able to take part in the campaign's 16th round. Indeed, 13 players must serve at least a one-match suspension after being sanctioned by the LFP Disciplinary Committee. AC Ajaccio will be without four players - all of whom are defenders - to be out of commission for the Round 16 clash in Angers on Wednesday (15:00). Olivier Pantaloni will have to get creative in composing his rearguard, with Cédric Avinel, Clément Vidal, Oumar Gonzalez and Youssouf Koné all suspended, while Angers will be missing Pierrick Capelle. Also scheduled for 15:00, ESTAC Troyes will have to do without the services of their top scorer, seven-goal hit-man Mama Baldé. Two suspended at Montpellier Donovan Leon will not be able to play for AJ Auxerre against AS Monaco (17:00), while LOSC will not be able to field Jonathan Bamba and Carlos Baleba at Clermont (19:00). In the last two matches scheduled for Wednesday (21:00), Ronaël Pierre-Gabriel (RC Strasbourg Alsace) and Irvin Cardona (Stade Brestois 29) will not be available for their respective sides. In addition, Romain Pitau will be forced to leave Nicolas Cozza and Sacha Delaye out of the Montpellier Herault SC squad for Thursday's game at Lorient (17:00). >> PSG-Strasbourg preview: Mbappé back, Messi rested
