Strasbourg’s Dilane Bakwa agrees terms with Como | OneFootball

RC Strasbourg Alsace forward Dilane Bakwa (22) has agreed terms with Serie A side Como, according to a report from L’Équipe.

Bakwa, after a strong season at Strasbourg (six goals, nine assists), is strongly linked with a departure this summer. The Frenchman has suitors across Europe, including from the Premier League and from the Bundesliga.

However, it is Como who have made the most concrete effort to do a deal. The Italian side have been trying to convince Bakwa for several weeks to make the move. L’Équipe understands that those attempts have been successful.

However, whilst there is an agreement on personal terms, the France youth international is so far reticent to give the green light. He is still waiting to see if other offers arrive. L’Équipe understands that he wants, ideally, to join a club that will take part in European competition next season.

He is, however, aware that he will have to give his final decision in the coming days, in order to allow Como to then begin negotiations with Strasbourg.
