Dejan Kulusevski is a doubt for the north London derby after suffering a suspected hamstring problem on international duty.

The Evening Standard report that Dejan Kulusevski returned from international duty with a suspected muscle injury, feeling tightness in his hamstring.

Spurs sent the winger for a scan on Wednesday, and he’s now a doubt to feature in the north London derby.

Antonio Conte will obviously want all of his players available for the derby, but I wouldn’t get too excited by this news as an Arsenal fan.

To begin with, Kulusevski hasn’t been a guaranteed starter lately. He’d gone on a run of four games without a start before Tottenham’s most recent match against Leicester City

Though the Swedish international did start the Leicester game, it was a poor team performance and a close contest until he came off in the 70th minute – after which Spurs scored three goals.

You’d have to imagine Richarlison and Heung-min Son were the more likely wide duo to start against Arsenal in the first place.

That’s if Kulusevski is even injured, as the fact he’s still just a “doubt” two days before the game suggests the scan hasn’t revealed any bad news yet.
