The Rossoneri, in fact, have agreed to pay €27m, including add-ons, to sign the 20-year-old Denmark international, but according to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia, Sporting CP are yet to allow their striker to travel to Italy for medical tests.

The Portuguese side are currently reviewing all the documents and have identified Panathinaikos FC captain Fotis Ioannidis as the heir to Harder.

However, they must wait for a Europa League playoff tie involving the Greek club on Thursday before completing the transfer.
