With a show of character and pride, Chivas Femenil came from behind in stoppage time to pull back from a two-goal deficit to offer a spectacular finish to the Clásico Nacional on matchday 15 of the Apertura 2022, played at the Estadio Akron.

With Araceli Torres' first career goal in the dying moments of the match and an earlier goal by Rubí Soto, Juan Pablo Alfaro's team rescued their unbeaten home record; although Guadalajara's women's team did not have their best performance, they proved that they are a worthy contender to retain the title.

The goals:

- Kiana Palacios controlled the ball with her thigh inside the box after a rebound from the red-and-white defense and with a right-footed shot put La Vista ahead at 63'.

- The Azulcrema team extended the lead with a brace from Kiana Palacios, who took a shot from outside the area and put the ball just inside Celeste Espino's right post.

- Chivas got closer in the 91st minute, when Caro Jaramillo's cross was deflected in by Rubí Soto to make it 1-2.

- Guadalajara equalized at 94' through Araceli Torres, who scored her first goal of her career, celebrating her 100th game, after a long service that goalkeeper González came out to deny with her fist, she shot as she came from outside the box to nestle the ball in the Águilas' net.

The danger:

17' Katty Martinez sent a pass into space inside the box for Alison Gonzalez, who took a first-time shot, but her shot sailed well over Celeste Espino's goal.

23' Gabriela Valenzuela took the ball on the left, cut back to the center, but her shot went straight at goalkeeper Itzel Gonzalez.

38' Long-range shot by Jocelyn Orejel that Celeste Espino safely controlled by diving to her left.
