England hero Sol Campbell says Manchester City John Stones can make a name for himself at the Euros.

The former Tottenham and Arsenal defender was talking about the 26-man squad Gareth Southgate selected for the tournament this summer and name-checked Manchester City defender Stones as a key player.

Campbell told Ladbrokes: "John Stones is a player whose position I obviously know so well, and I feel like he's in such a great place in his career right now.

"Last season (2019/20 season) wasn't his absolute best but he's come on leaps and bounds over the last few years.

"In the box there are moments where he's going to have to defend and put his body on the line, but we also know he can attack and pass,.

"He's just got to be switched on and make the difference for us at the back, because I feel like if he can get that balance right between attack and defence, then he can really help us go far in this competition and he'll be remembered for a really long time."
