Sil Swinkels is delighted with his first weeks at Aston Villa.

The 16 year-old midfielder joined Villa this summer from Vitesse Arnhem.

Swinkels told Voetbalzone "I love it here. You don't want to believe how well everything is arranged here, really absurd. There is a perfect turf on every training field; real grass and no more artificial grass as with Vitesse.

"Everything was very well taken care of there, but this is next level. We do a lot of positional training here, so you see the strikers doing their thing on one field, while the midfielders practice on another field and we as defenders are on yet another field.

“And then we are only talking about one team, because the other age categories also all have multiple fields to train on. That's how extensive it is here."
