Several Belgian Pro League clubs to compete with West Brom, Leicester City and Hull for Huddersfield Town midfielder | OneFootball

Sudinfo are reporting that several Belgian Pro League sides are interested in signing Malian midfielder Brahima Diarra. The 20-year-old currently plays in the EFL Championship for Huddersfield Town and has made 21 appearances in the league this season, providing two assists. Since making his debut for the side in 2020, the midfielder has played 46 games in all competitions. During the 2021/2022 season he spent some time on loan at fellow Yorkshire side Harrogate Town, scoring one goal in 13 games.

Diarra is also of interest to clubs outside of Belgium. Within the same league, the likes of West Brom, Leicester City and Hull are all said to be interested in the midfielder. With his contract set to be up in the summer, many teams are looking to bring the player in on a free, which will certainly be frustrating for Huddersfield to miss out on a larger transfer fee.
