Luka Modric is thrown straight into the Milan starting XI for his Serie A debut with Santiago Gimenez and Christian Pulisic against new boys Cremonese.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).

Max Allegri’s men already started their campaign with a 2-0 Coppa Italia victory over Bari last week, where Modric came on as a substitute.
The former Real Madrid man gets his first start here, flanked by Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Youssouf Fofana.
Pervis Estupinan and Alexis Saelemaekers in wide roles allow for tactical versatility, with Gimenez supported by Pulisic upfront in the absence of injured Rafael Leao.
Federico Baschirotto joins Cremonese
Cremonese were the last club promoted to Serie A over the summer, needing to go through the play-offs, and are now under new coach Davide Nicola.
There are some familiar faces, as the Rossoneri loaned Filippo Terracciano and Warren Bondo to Cremonese this month and both are in the squad.
Alessio Zerbin, Emil Audero, Federico Baschirotto and Emiliano Bonazzoli are among the other new signings.
However, the Seahorses are missing suspended Franco Vazquez, Mattia Valoti and Tommaso Barbieri, while Dennis Johnsen and Gianluca Saro are injured.
The game will be broadcast live on DAZN in the UK and Paramount+ in the USA.
