Mehdi Taremi is not a part of Inter Milan’s squad list for their Serie A opener against Torino on Monday.
This according to Italian outlet FCInter1908. They report that the Iranian striker is out of the squad, as Inter look to offload him before the end of the transfer window.
It has seemed inevitable for months that striker Mehdi Taremi would leave Inter this summer.
The Iranian is not a part of the plans under Cristian Chivu.
However, so far there has not been a decisive move by any club to sign the Iranian.
The likes of Botafogo and Flamengo reportedly tried to bring Taremi to Brazil. However, he rejected them, preferring to stay in Europe.
Meanwhile, there has been interest in Taremi from the Premier League. Both Leeds United and Fulham have reportedly targeted the 33-year-old.

According to FCInter1908, Taremi will not be in Inter’s squad list for their match against Torino on Monday.
The Iranian international isn’t a part of Chivu’s plans. And he would hardly be playing in that match anyway.
Therefore, FCIN1908 report, Taremi will not take part, even on the bench.
On the other hand, reports FCIN1908, defender Tomas Palacios will be part of Inter’s squad list for the match against Torino. This despite the fact that he is widely expected to leave as Taremi is.
