Lazio are fresh from beating Bayern Munich, but forced to reshuffle amid injuries and bans in this head-to-head for European ambition with Joshua Zirkzee’s Bologna.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 11.30 GMT.
The Biancocelesti had an extraordinary week in the Champions League, beating Bayern Munich 1-0 in the first leg of their Round of 16 tie.
Ciro Immobile converted the decisive penalty, but Matias Vecino and Alessio Romagnoli are both suspended here, with Mattia Zaccagni, Elseid Hysaj and Nicolò Rovella injured.
Luca Pellegrini is not fully fit either, so Patric returns to the starting XI for the first time since dislocating his shoulder on January 14.
Bologna have Remo Freuler sitting out a ban and Adama Soumaoro injured, but are in fine form after three wins in the last four games.
Riccardo Orsolini and Alexis Saelemaekers provide support for sought-after centre-forward Zirkzee.
