Inter keep squad rotation to a minimum against impressive Genoa, as Alexis Sanchez and Lautaro Martinez host Mateo Retegui and Alberto Gudmundsson.

Genoa have been hugely impressive since earning promotion last summer and are one of only four teams to have avoided defeat against Inter this season, emerging with a 1-1 draw in December.

Johan Vasquez has shaken off an injury to start in defence, while the star pairing of Gudmundsson and Retegui lead the way.

The Grifone lost only one of their last 11 Serie A matches.
