Giacomo Raspadori is expected to partner Romelu Lukaku in attack as Napoli aim to secure crucial points in the Scudetto race against relegation-threatened Lecce.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (16:00 GMT) at the Stadio Via del Mare in Lecce.
Alessandro Buongiorno has recently suffered a new, season-ending injury, forcing coach Antonio Conte to explore alternative options at centre-back. According to Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mathias Olivera is set to move into central defence, with Leonardo Spinazzola stepping in at left-back.
