A few days ago, Daily Mail revealed that Juventus are favourites to sign Pulisic this summer, while Inter Milan have had an interest in the forward as well.

Apart from a few good moments, the USA superstar has struggled for consistent game time and performance levels in a Chelsea shirt. So, it is understandable why the Blues are looking to sell him this summer.

Moreover, the club signed Mykhaylo Mudryk, Raheem Sterling and Christopher Nkunku in the space of the last 12 months. The latter will arrive this summer.

All those three players operate in positions Pulisic is comfortable at – left wing, number 10 or a false nine. Hence, there was no point in keeping him.

The former Borussia Dortmund player is a fantastic talent who can still do well in his next stint. A technical league with a lower pace like the one in Italy may suit his game to a T.

So, not only Chelsea but also the player should accept a bid coming from one of the Serie A clubs. We won’t forget some of the good moments the 24-year-old has given to the Blues fans.

For the club, it will be time to use the potential fund generated by the sale of Pulisic and other players to make clever signings in the transfer window. Apart from the defence, they need additions in every other department.
