The search for a right-back has seen Bayern Munich in contact with Shakhtar Donetsk.
According to Goal, the German champions have made an approach to Shakhtar as they look to sign Dodô.
The report claims Bayern have made an opening bid of €25m for the 21-year-old defender.
Signed from Coritiba just over two years ago, Dodô has become a regular this season after spending the 2018/19 campaign on loan in Portugal.
Bayern are on the hunt for a full-back with head coach Hansi Flick determined to use Joshua Kimmich in a midfield role.
Benjamin Pavard has played right-back so far this season but Flick would like the option to use him at the centre of defence.
Bayern have reportedly targeted loan deals for Benjamin Henrichs and Joao Cancelo this month, but to no avail.
