Salzburg defender Amar Dedic responds to Roma transfer links

Salzburg defender Amar Dedic addressed rumors of a potential transfer to Roma in January.

The Bosnian right-back was asked on the eve of Salzburg’s Champions League match with Inter Milan about his future and more specifically about the possibility of joining forces with Jose Mourinho in the Italian capital.

“I know absolutely nothing about Roma’s interest,” Dedic told reporters during his press conference earlier today. “But Serie A is very interesting and high-level league for a young player like me.”

“But,” he added, “my concentration is entirely on Salzburg at the moment: tomorrow’s match is the most important thing right now.”

So far this season, the 21-year-old has collected 5 goals and 2 assists in 18 appearances for Salzburg.
