Salih Özcan and Mohamed Camara possible targets for RB Leipzig | OneFootball

Squad planning has already began at RB Leipzig with the Bundesliga side searching the market for a defensive-midfielder, especially given that Konrad Laimer could depart in the summer.

According to Sport Bild, Salih Özcan (FC Köln), Djibril Sow (Young Boys), Anton Stach (Mainz), Florian Grillitsch (Hoffenheim) and Mohamed Camara (RB Salzburg) are on RB Leipzig’s shortlist.

Borussia Dortmund have already shown interest in signing Özcan, who has a contract until 2023 whilst Grillitsch will leave Hoffenheim on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Both Sow and Stach have contracts until 2024 and so their respective clubs would demand a significantly higher transfer fee whilst we could see Camara become the next player to make the switch from Salzburg to Leipzig.
