Roma attacker Romelu Lukaku has achieved an impressive personal milestone in a year that saw him move to the Italian capital after a loan spell at Inter.
The Belgian striker has in fact been ranked as the Best International Goal-Scorer of 2023 by International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS); a great achievement, given that the Roma striker beat Manchester City’s Erling Haaland and other scorers of the caliber of Mbappé, Kane and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The ranking was drawn up on the basis of goals in international cups and in matches with the respective national teams.
For Big Rom there were 7 goals between the Champions League and Europa Leauge with Inter and Roma and 15 goals scored with Belgium, for a total of 22 goals in international competitions.
