Roma are prioritizing the outgoing market due to the Financial Fair Play parameters they must comply with before the end of the this month.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, after securing the exits of Enzo Le Fee, Samuel Dahl and (soon) Nicola Zalewski, the Giallorossi are still required to generate an additional 10 million euros in capital gain.
Therefore, the sales of Eldor Shomurodov and Leandro Paredes are a crucial component of Roma’s summer transfer market.
The newspaper writes that the Giallorossi are very close to sending Shomurodov to Basaksehir for around 8 million euros.
Meanwhile, Leandro Paredes is in advanced talks with Boca Juniors who will pay his release clause of 3.5 million.
Once these two sales are complete before 30 June, Roma will then be able to focus on the incoming signings.
