Roma are the favourites to sign Manchester City left-back Sergio Gomez and already secured Buba Sangaré from Levante, but Diego Llorente is expected to leave.
The Giallorossi are rebuilding under coach Daniele De Rossi, who took over from Jose Mourinho in mid-January and has now signed a long-term contract to June 2027.
An official transfer has already been completed, as this week they signed right-back Sangaré from the Levante youth academy.
He turns 17 next month and already has 10 caps for Spain at Under-17 level, so will initially join the Roma Primavera team.
According to Spanish site Relevo via Sportitalia, Roma are the absolute favourites to sign Manchester City left-back Sergio Gomez, ahead of competition from Real Sociedad.
The Premier League champions spent €15m to sign him from RSC Anderlecht in the summer of 2022 and in the last season made 15 competitive appearances for the club.
Diego Llorente spent the last 18 months with Roma on loan, but is returning to Leeds United and does not seem likely to make it a permanent move.
Instead, Relevo suggest that Llorente is in talks for a transfer to Real Betis.
Meanwhile, Leonardo Spinazzola has been released at the end of his Roma contract and is expected to join Napoli as a free agent.
