Roma legend Totti: I'd pay €200M for Liverpool striker Salah | OneFootball

Roma legend Francesco Totti is happy seeing Mohamed Salah succeed with Liverpool.

Totti and Salah played 29 matches together at Roma, and the pair have maintained a friendship since the Egyptian's move to Merseyside Now Totti has explained how much he thinks Salah is worth in the current market.

“Salah is one of the 10 best players in the world and I have a relationship with him that goes beyond football," said Totti on Egyptian TV.

“Messi and Ronaldo remain. They are two different players, Messi is more technical, Ronaldo is more of a team man. Honestly, in 30 years of my career, I've never understood how the Ballon d'Or is won, whether it's a team or an individual award.

“Salah before being a great player, is an exceptional guy, humble, polite and always available. With us he had had a great season, I knew that if he went to a team like Liverpool he would become even stronger.

“If I were the president of a team I would pay at least €200m for him."

Totti added: “We didn't have many stories together, he led a life of his own. He would train and go home to his wife."
