Roma are locked in negotiations with Galatasaray for Nicola Zalewski.
The Turkish club have advanced a proposal to the Polish winger who is now considering leaving his boyhood club.
In recent hours, Galatasaray sent two emissaries to the capital to negotiate the transfer of the player to Turkey, thanks to an agreement that appears to have been reached with Zalewski on the basis of 2 million euros for 5 years.
Now, however, an economic agreement must be found with Roma.
Giallorossi sporting director Florent Ghisolfi and CEO Lina Souloukou, writes the Corriere dello Sport, are asking for 11 million euros to sell the 22-year-old, a sum considered excessive by Galatasaray given that the Pole’s contract is expiring in 2025.
Negotiations will therefore continue today: at the moment Zalewski appears convinced of the transfer, now an agreement must be found between the two clubs on the final fee.
