Roma do not appear to be interested in Federico Chiesa after all.
Today’s edition of Corriere della Sera suggests that the capital club have never been close to Chiesa the way his agent would have the media believe.

Over recent days, Chiesa’s agent has been desperately looking for teams interested in his client.
Roma, at the moment, do not seem interested in pursuing a deal for the 26-year-old.
According to the newspaper, the Giallorossi favor younger options to strengthen Daniele De Rossi’s left wing.
In particular, Roma seem to be monitoring Corinthians starlet Wesley.
The 19-year-old Wesley, along with Brugges’ Antonio Musa, is deemed a good fit given his potential and the costs involved.
