The future of Evan Ndicka remains uncertain due to Roma’s strict Financial Fair Play constraints.
The capital club must generate a set amount of revenue by the end of this month as part of the Settlement Agreement which Roma signed in 2022.
As revealed by Claudio Ranieri, the Settlement Agreement will be in place until 2026.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma were planning to sell Angelino to Al Hilal for a significant sum which would have facilitated reaching the established goal by 30 June.
However, talks with Al Hilal fell through forcing Roma to consider other player sales.
The newspaper argues that Ndicka could be the one to be sacrificed in the name of Financial Fair Play.
Coming off an impressive season with the Giallorossi, Ndicka was named Ivorian player of the year and is linked with several top European clubs.
