Luton Town will be hoping that they can make the fifth round of the FA Cup during a second attempt to progress against Grimsby Town.
The Hatters played out an entertaining 2-2 draw at Kenilworth Road 10 days ago and will now be striving to set up a tie against Southampton, who for now are under the leadership of former Town boss Nathan Jones.
Rob Edwards’ side are in terrific form in the league, winning six of their last seven Championship fixtures.
Providing an update first on the progress of Dan Potts and Henri Lansbury ahead of tonight’s clash at Blundell Park, the Town boss told Luton Today: “Pottsy will be the one that was out from the weekend that will still be out.
“He’s progressing well, shouldn’t be too much longer and we’re hoping to get him back involved for the games next week. Coventry might be too soon for him, we will see.
“It’s still a bit too soon for H too.
“He’s not far off at all, but it’s only been less than a week of proper full training with the squad.
“We’re dead keen to get him back of course, but we’ve got to make sure that we do things right.
“He’s doing well, doing really well, but we don’t want to then push him and he breaks down and that won’t be the case.
“We’ll make sure we get it right.”

True False
Club captain Sonny Bradley is also making positive steps in his recovery, the towering centre-back told Luton fans whilst on co-commentary duty for Luton’s FA Youth Cup clash last night.
Admitting that he is in no rush given the high levels of performance from his teammates, he is back on the grass.
Cody Drameh, Jack Walton, Admiral Muskwe and Joe Taylor are also cup-tied, whilst Marvelous Nakamba arrived after the original tie, meaning that Edwards will be without five first-team individuals, as well as the aforementioned trio.
The verdict
Options may be limited for Edwards, however, confidence within the group and spirit levels are very high at the moment.
Tomorrow’s game could help the likes of Cauley Woodrow, Luke Berry and Fred Onyedinma to get some minutes into their system, and subsequently, help push competition levels within the squad.
With a clash against Jones’ Southampton there for the taking and the fact that a spot in the last 16 is up for grabs, Edwards will be hoping to avoid an upset.
All in all, things are improving on the injury front and the Luton boss will soon have even more dilemmas to contend with when it comes to squad selection.
