On Friday, Al-Nasr and the representatives of Flamengo starlet Rodrigo Muniz reportedly came to an agreement over the player’s future.

That’s according to Jornal O Dia, who claim that Flamengo are in line to receive around $5m of the transfer fee, which will be somewhere in the range of $10-11m.

São Paulo-based Desportivo Brasil own 50% of the player but agreed to let Flamengo receive an extra percentage of the transfer fee due to their financial difficulties and the good relationship between the two parties.

The UAE outfit has offered the striker a three-year contract with an annual tax-free salary of $4.5m, a bonus of $5,000 for each goal contribution, as well as a house and car completely paid for.

In addition, it’s believed that Al-Nasr will put a €15m release clause in the player’s contract so that he may pursue European football if he is deemed good enough.

Atlético Madrid were in line to land the player but would not improve their personal terms and are said to have practically given up on the deal.
