Paris Saint-Germain have set its sights on Napoli’s impressive Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as the prime candidate to replace Kylian Mbappé’s impact. Recent weeks have seen increasing speculation about PSG’s interest in securing his services.

During the 2023-24 season, Kvaratskhelia featured in 45 matches, scoring 11 goals and providing nine assists. His contributions were instrumental in Napoli clinching the Serie A title in 2023.

After a disappointing Napoli campaign, Kvaratskhelia might be eager to move on and start a new chapter in Paris, where he can participate in UEFA Champions League matches and contend regularly for trophies.

Still, one former Georgian player would like to see the 23-year-old play for Real Madrid, noting that Kvaratskhelia will mesh well with current manager Carlo Ancelotti.

“I would love to see Kvara at Real Madrid, he can play in a team like that; Ancelotti is one of the best coaches,” Georgi Kinkladze told WinWin Sports (h/t Diario AS). “He showed it.
