Real Madrid have started the 2025-26 La Liga campaign on a solid note, securing two wins in two games, scoring four goals and not conceding any.
New manager Xabi Alonso had to make do without as many as four injured players for these matches as Ferland Mendy, Jude Bellingham, Endrick, and Eduardo Camavinga were all unavailable.
And, as things stand, the injured Los Blancos quartet is unlikely to be ready in time for this weekend’s La Liga game vs Mallorca either.
Now, MARCA (h/t Madrid Xtra) reports that, as things stand, Camavinga’s return is expected to take place after the upcoming international break in September.
Initially, the feeling was that the 22-year-old midfielder would be back in training this week and could return to the squad for the Mallorca clash on Saturday.

However, the French youngster did not work with the rest of the group in today’s session, and, at the moment, a return this week seems unlikely.
Now, the idea is for Camavinga, who recently rejected a significant offer from Saudi Arabia, to make his comeback once the international break is over next month, when Real Madrid take on Real Sociedad on the weekend of 13-14 September.
The return of Endrick, too, is likely to happen around the same time while Mendy’s comeback could take place at the end of the next month.
Bellingham, meanwhile, is expected to take a little while longer, as he recovers from shoulder surgery.
