After warming up for the new season in the period before the international break, the schedule now begins to catch steam for Real Madrid.

As the men in white return to action after the international break, they face a ruthless schedule with seven games planned in just 22 days.

The roster includes games from La Liga and the UEFA Champions League and leaves Los Blancos forced to take to the field close to once every three days.

Rotations, needless to say, will form the basis of the team’s success through the hectic period but there is one player Carlo Ancelotti does not intend to rotate much through the period as revealed by AS, and that is Kylian Mbappe.

Real Madrid trust Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe’s start to life in La Liga was far from rosy and he took four games to register his first goal in the competition.

Having opened his account in the team’s last game before the international break, Mbappe will look to climb to greater heights this month and Real Madrid have complete faith in his quality and fitness.

Mbappe will thus most likely start all seven games and will be minimally rotated over the next three weeks.

The report particularly stresses that while the manager may make wholesale rotations against Alaves and Espanyol, the Frenchman will not see any respite.

Real Madrid’s challenging schedule begins away at Real Sociedad today before they return home for three successive home games against Stuttgart, Espanyol and Alaves.

The calendar immediately picks up steam with the Madrid derby scheduled at the Civitas Metropolitano before they travel to face Lille away. Real Madrid’s final game of the seven will be against Villarreal at home.

Ancelotti and Co. will thus require their talisman to be at his best if they are to get through the crammed schedule with positive results. They will hope that the debacles at the French national team will not affect his performances for Real Madrid.
