Rangers have confirmed that they will use Hampden Park for their home fixtures in the early part of the upcoming season.

A delay to renovations of Ibrox means that the Gers need to go to the national stadium for the initial part of the 2024/25 campaign.

In a statement Rangers confirmed that at least two matches will be played at Hampden in August, saying: “At this stage, the club can announce our William Hill Scottish Premiership matches with Motherwell on Saturday, 10 August and Ross County on Saturday 24 August will be played at Hampden, with both matches kicking-off at 3pm.”

There could yet be more games played away from Ibrox though, with Rangers failing to confirm when exactly their old home will be completely refurbished.
