Rangers are back, but some players weren’t | OneFootball

Rangers were back at training for pre-season so Ibrox Noise wanted to take note more of those who weren’t there than those who were.

The big absences from training, who are said to be joining the squad next week in Portugal, were:

Borna Barisic, Joe Aribo, Glen Kamara, Ryan Kent and Calvin Bassey.

Funnily enough, all five of those are under the biggest transfer spotlights of the whole squad by some margin.

Conspiracies?

Well, no. Barisic, Aribo, Kamara and Bassey are all off the back of international breaks, and have been granted extra time off.

But the Kent situation is a little less clear – officially, anyone who wasn’t there today was injured, but we’re not sure quite what you’d sustain pulling a pint.

Still, we’re sure he’ll be just fine for Portugal.

It won’t stop the transfer speculation around him or the others, and yes, Morelos of course was there so no conspiracies on that one.
