Barcelona are ready to allow Rafinha to leave the club, with the midfielder agreeing terms with Inter Milan.
Reports in Spain and Italy agree that the 24-year-old is free to leave the LaLiga leaders after they completed the signing of Philippe Coutinho.
A meniscus injury has seen Rafinha sidelined since April but he is on the verge of returning to fitness. Unfortunately for him, the arrival of Coutinho means his opportunities will be limited.
Last season the midfielder made 18 LaLiga appearances but there is no indication that he would be an important part of Ernesto Valverde’s plans at Camp Nou.
According to Calciomercato.com, Barcelona have rejected Inter’s opening bid but the Italian club have responded with a loan offer including an option to make the move permanent for €20m.
With Barcelona eager to shift a number of squad players to recoup some of the money spent on Coutinho, it would be surprising to see them say no.
