Christian Pulisic has admitted that he is honoured to be associated with Kaka after matching a statistic of his, while he also expressed his gratitude for the chance to play for AC Milan.

Pulisic is experiencing the best season of his career and it is only his first with Milan, given that he has 12 goals in Serie A and 15 in total across all competitions. It makes the €20m that the Rossoneri paid for him look like a bargain.

“It was fantastic, I’m very grateful for the opportunity to play for Milan. I love the city, the team, it was a great first year for me. The food isn’t that bad either (laughs).”
