PSV Eindhoven are in for a tough negotiation if they are to bolster their attack with Ukrainian international Viktor Tsygankov, Voetbal International reports.
The Dynamo Kyiv striker, 25, is reportedly a target for PSV Eindhoven and Anderlecht as both sides look to improve on their attack.
The Eredivisie have lost top scorer and provider Cody Gakpo to Liverpool in this transfer window and with the continued speculation of Noni Madueke, the club are keen to improve on their attacking options.
However, negotiations will be tough as despite the striker having just six-months left on his contract, Kyiv are keen to profit from their star striker but there is the added frustration that Tsygankov is reluctant to move to the Eredivisie so they will need to persuade him if he is to make the move to the Philips Stadion.
The powers that be at the Eindhoven club are keen to keep player salaries down for the foreseeable future but it is thought the Ukrainian would like a decent pay rise for his next destination as he looks for a new challenge.
