PSG have made an offer for Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin.
The Spain international is keen for a change of scenery after nine years with the Gunners.

Mikel Arteta wants to keep him at the Emirates, but the offer from PSG gives him an opportunity to balance his books after spending on Pablo Mari and Gabriel Magalhães.
The Guardian says PSG have put forward a bid of £25m plus £5m in add-ons for the right-back.
Bellerin is under contract until 2023.
