PSG team bus leaves Kylian Mbappé behind | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappé (25) was left behind at Signal Iduna Park following his side’s 1-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in their UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg on Wednesday night, and not due to his lacklustre performance on the field.

PSG’s star forward was in fact chosen for a random drug test according to Le Parisien , having to wait at the stadium before rejoining his teammates at the airport for the short flight back to Paris.

Mbappé, and PSG, were not at their best in the game, with an underwhelming first half in which they conceded the only goal of the game to Niclas Fullkrug followed by a better, yet still subpar second half. Despite the performance, there is still firm belief amongst the coaching staff and the players that the tie can be turned around next week.

The second leg takes place at the Parc des Princes next Tuesday, kick off is at 8PM BST.
