PSG have joined the race to sign Tottenham striker Harry Kane, according to RMC Sport.
They claim that the Parisians have made the recruitment of a forward an absolute priority this summer with a club delegation meeting Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to discuss a possible move for the England captain in London last week.
It is also reported that Kane is yet to be convinced about a move to Ligue 1 and the French capital with his first choice as stands being Bayern Munich, who have failed in two bids so far.
A new meeting is also alleged to be scheduled between PSG and Kane’s camp for next week, where the club will outline a framework designed to let him flourish.
While Bayern may be in the lead currently, PSG hold the advantage in terms of finance, being able to offer Spurs a bigger transfer fee and Kane a greater wage packet, according to RMC.
If Kane not be acquired, the Ligue 1 champions attention will shift to Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani and Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic.
PSG’s apparent desire for a new No. 9 comes while they wrestle with the future of Kylian Mbappé.
