PSG star’s agent confirms interest in Girona switch | OneFootball

The representative of Paris Saint-Germain outcast Layvin Kurzawa has on Sunday confirmed interest in his signature stemming from La Liga.

Kurzawa, for his part, is expected to be on the move this summer.

This comes with the 31-year-old, who has been afforded just a solitary Ligue 1 appearance across the season to date, set to see his terms at the Parc des Princes come to a close.

With no plans in place for negotiations over a renewal, Kurzawa, in turn, will be on the move as a free agent with a view to next season.

Speaking to the media on Sunday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his client’s potential landing spot was put to the agent of the left-back.

And, in quotes gathered by transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the man in charge of Kurzawa’s future went on confirm that a move to Spain could well be on the cards.

As much comes amid alleged interest on the part of a number of La Liga clubs, chiefly, it would appear, Girona:

“Spanish clubs are interested, I’m still convinced that Layvin is a top-level player. We’re also interested in Girona, with an experienced squad, a beautiful region and a club that plays soccer. As I said, several clubs have proposed their project to Layvin, so we’ll take the time to make a coherent choice”.
