Benfica will fancy their chances of winning their first league title since 2019 with seven games left.
The Eagles lost 2-1 to defending champions Porto on Friday and will be keen to bounce back tomorrow.
Inter have been on a woeful run for a while and are winless in their last six games across all competitions.
They are fifth in the Serie A after 29 games, 23 points off runaway leaders Napoli.
Nerazzurri were held to a 1-1 draw by Salernitana on Friday and will look to get a result in Portugal.
Inter will see themselves as one of the dark horses for this season’s Champions League.
Match Preview
Benfica topped the competition’s Group H ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Maccabi Haifa.
They won four and drew the other two group games to emerge as surprise winners.
Having surpassed expectations, Roger Schmidt’s side could shock the struggling Italians.
Benfica drew home and away against PSG and won both ties against Juve.
They won 7-1 on aggregate against Club Brugge in the round of 16.

They finished second behind Bayern Munich in Group C, pipping Barcelona and Viktoria Plzen to the round of 16 spot.
Simone Inzaghi’s side narrowly pipped Porto to the quarter-final berth after winning 1-0 on aggregate.
They will need to do better against Benfica to have a chance of advancing to the semis.
