Premier League confirm April fixture changes

The Premier League has announced 17 of its fixtures have been selected for broadcast up until 30 April 2017.
The second Manchester derby of the season has been switched to Saturday, 7 April with a 17:30 GMT kickoff, while the Merseyside derby takes place at 14:15 the next day.
